My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were okay, larger than expected and quiet, although the view was not great. The service was a mix of rude and friendly moments, with helpful staff regarding local recommendations. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants but a bit noisy. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
The hotel provided exactly what I expected in terms of rooms - clean, quiet, and served our needs. Although I got an unexpected view of a black wall and received extra bedding different from what I requested, the room was generally peaceful. Having a Keurig was a bonus, allowing me to enjoy coffee in my room. The price seemed fair for what was offered.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Portland, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel offers great value for money.
